NOINO effect - eFEAP compensation announced

Because of our repeated demand, at last, the compensation for eFEAP roll-out has been announced. The quantum of compensation is given below:

  Class-III (PG-II): Over Time as per rules
  Class-I             : Rs.550/- per hour.

The durations for which compensation will be payable are given below:

  Branch Prgrammers: 5 hours
  DO Programmers (composite): 10 hours per Branch + 40 hours for DO server
  Manager(IT) at DO: 2 hours per Branch
  ZO IT team (composite): 16 hours per DO + 56 hours for ZO server
  RM(IT) at ZO: 2 hours per DO

Further details can be had from CO Personnel Circular Ref: ZD/1190/ASP/2011 dated 4th November 2011.

It is worth mention that NOINO put the demand for compensation repeatedly before the management on 08.08.2011, 20.09.2011, 12.10.2011 and 28.10.2011.

Earlier also, it was only NOINO who fought for compensation for re-engineering LINUX in 2005 and ULIP conversion in 2006 and got the compensation paid on all the occasions.

    CAN ANY ONE TALK ABOUT LEASE HOUSE INCREASE, AS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A HOUSE ON LEASE THEN SO MUCH OF PAPER WORK WHICH IRRITATES THE LAND LORD AND DEVELOP SOME FEAR IN MIND AND VERY IMPORTANT SO MUCH LOW RATE OF LEASE LIMIT .... VERY LOW RATE....
