We all know that during & after the implementation of e-feap the employees / agents / policyholders / development officers have/had to face lots of problems. One may recall that NOINO has been raising the issue since long with all the concerned authorities. We have again decided to follow up these problems with the management.
As such, we request one and all to provide following details to enable us to follow-up the issue:-

6. Name & designation of the sender of the problems(for our record - this will not be disclosed to the management):
