He also pointed out that in an exactly identical situation, the SBI & IDBI had long back removed this anomaly by giving the affected employees an additional increment in their respective organizations. He demanded that the issue be settled forthwith. Shri Mehrotra assured to look into the matter by discussing with the Personnel officials.

2. Sabbatical leave for women:- The delegation also reminded the C-in-C about the demand made by NOINO in this respect ( first raised on 17.3.2012 ). 3. Injustice in promotion matters:- We also pointed out the overall injustice in the matter of promotions. We also brought to the notice of C-in-C about the injustice done to Srinagar office-bearers of NOINO in the matter of promotion due to the biased attitude of the SDM. Shri Mehrotra assured that maximum care would be taken to give justice to the aggrieved officers.

Shri Javadekarji also pointed out the lack of transparency & evasive replies to our queries by a section of management. Shri Mehrotra assured to set right the matters very soon. NOINO will continue to follow-up the issues of the employees.
